Since joining The Catamaran Company in 2001, Staley has been a driving force, realizing the company's potential and ensuring others see it too. Currently serving as CEO, Staley also holds an influential position on the Certified Professional Yacht Brokers (CPYB) Certification Advisory Council for 9 years and was chairman of the program 2018-2020. He served the IYBA on the board of directors 2016-2018. His involvement extends to significant legislative work that benefits the entire yachting community.
