The site looks different since 12th, November 2007, Why?
Yes, on the above date we launched a new website system which includes an improved yacht sales search engine in the ‘buy’ area. Additionally, we have also improved the registration process to make it simpler and clearer cut.  Finally, you will find a number of interactive features in your new customer account upon registering.  Stay tuned for new features coming soon to the charter ands services online customer account.

Why do I have to register?
Catamarans.com has put together a large of amount of premium content including virtual tours, video, specialized buyer information and additional features such as the ability to bookmark boats.

By registering you gain access to extensive data that will you not find on any other site.

Catamarans.com follows the best-of-breed example of sites such as E-Bay, Amazon and Yahoo in creating sign-on customer accounts in which you can access world class interactive applications. It's free and it's easy!

I have already registered in the past, why I am being asked to do so again?
Our site has been given an extensive facelift which includes more advanced programming and database code.

In order for us to give you a better browsing experience, we ask you register one final time in order to transition over to this new site.

Alternatively, simply click the ‘private’ checkbox on your customer contact info inside your ‘my account’.

Yes, of course.  We offer a huge amount of free information in the buying, selling, charter and industry areas.  In fact, we doubt there are other sites out there that try to offer this on an almost daily basis.  But, if you want extra value added premium content simply register for free on catamarans.com

Why do you keep changing the site looks and behaves?
Yes, it’s true; we have changed Catamarans.com nearly six times over the last year or so.

We are always looking at ways to improve our site either through feedback from customers or staff. Additionally, we try to see what other sites are doing that we should be doing better.

This is not an easy process and sometimes we could do a better job of keeping a consistent look and feel.  We hope you will bear with us as we try to turn this website into leading site in the broader yachting community. We could not do this without your feedback.

I forgot my password, what should I do?
Go to the ‘sign on’ page and click the link called ‘forgot password’. Follow instructions.

Sign-on page is not accepting my email address and password?
If you have registered since Wednesday, 17th October 2007, you should have received an email confirmation with your new account.

Make sure you are using the same email address to sign in. Often, a customer will try to sign on with two different emails. This is not correct. Use the one you originally signed up with above.  If you have forgotten your details try clicking ‘forgot password’.

Just reminder, we did our change our registration system on 17th October 2007.  If this is your first time at our site since then you will be required to re-register. We apologize for any inconvenience we have created for you.
